Black Sky (Blackout) is a family. There are no rules or restrictions. This is a colourless gang, so we do not stand out. We're based out of La Crosse, Wisconsin, but stationed all over the world. There is one leader, Kanra. We will send out recruiters to find more worthy humans for this gang. We are colourless, we are the Blackout.

Note: Only recruiters, and Kanra can invite people. If anybody who is not on the list of recruits joins, the password will be changed. Ask a recruiter (who will then ask Kanra) if you believe somebody is worthy to join.
